~ Covid-19 ~


Welcome to the new normal. We want to make sure all of our clients feel safe when they arrive for their treatment. 

This is what you can expect on arrival:

- Arrive on time for your treatment (I will not be able to take you any earlier), please wait in your car, or take a stroll down the Cregagh Road.

- I will contact you closer to your appointment time for a consultation over the phone.

- Sorry there will be no waiting area, you must attend your appointment on your own.

- Please only bring the essentials to your appointment.

- Upon arrival there will be hand sanitiser available throughout the studio, if you could remove your shoes at the bottom of the stairs and make your way up, there will be a toilet on your left at top of stairs, please use if needed.

- Before each appointment i will have fresh couch cover and towels. I will be cleaning down any hard surfaces. I have a Hepa air purifier, that will be on throughout the day to clean the air of any nasty germs.

- Face mask are mandatory from 10th August 2020, if you do not have one i can provide a disposable one for small fee.

~Deposit and Cancellation Policy ~

We are always as possible to assist our clients, however due to high volume and popularity of the treatments we offer, we have felt the need to introduce a formal deposit and cancellation policy.

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

A deposit will now be taken when booking any treatment,This will be deducted from your bill for  your relevant treatment .

To help our clients minimise the chance of losing deposit or treatment, we do send out text reminder 48 hours and 2 hours ahead of appointments. Although due to circumstances beyond are control this may not always be possible and clients therefore should not rely on a text reminder.

Payment will be taken by Paypal or Bank transfer, once deposit is paid then appointment will be confirmed.

*No refund will be given due to covid-19 cancellations*

~ Gift Voucher Policy ~

1) Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date. The gift voucher date will be stated on them.

2) Expired Voucher- Every week the voucher is out of date it loses 10% of its value.

3) Vouchers cannot be replaced, if lost, stolen or damaged.

4) Vouchers can not be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.

5) Vouchers cannot be used with conjunction with any special promotion,  discount tokens, coupons or cards. 

* There will be a 6 month extension to Gift Voucher that expired for the period of March- July 2020*

~ Birthdays ~

Existing clients receive ONE treatment half price on their birthday.

Valid for 1 month

(Will be honoured if last visit was within 6 months, if not then you lose out on offer)

~ Discounts ~

Student and Senior Citizens receive 20% off full price treatments.

~ Loyalty Card ~

On each visit you will receive ONE stamp, every FIFTH visit you will receive 30 mins free or pay £10 for 60 mins. (Will be honoured if last visit was within 6 months, if not then you lose out on offer)
